About
Black tie business club is a community of business owners, CEO´s, top managers and successful entrepreneurs from all important fields and branches, who meet, establish new business relationships, get inspired, share information and experience, expand their business. The club was founded in 2011, when smaller tailor-made events were organized for a few interested companies, and over time it grew into an exclusive prestigious club operating in 6 ambitious European cities, such is Prague, Bratislava, Zurich, Nice, Vienna and Marbella.
The goal of the club is to build a “relationship business”, to organize unique events in attractive places, on an interesting topic for famous and important business people and companies. What characterizes the club is authenticity, quality and proven contacts, unique positive energy and lots of inspiration and great ideas.

Our Story
In the beginning there was an idea to build a community of successful people who would meet, inspire, share their ideas and partial successes, and motivate each other to achieve their goals and dreams. There were also a few like-minded friends and the enthusiasm to bring this bold and ambitious concept to live. Since then, for more than 14 years, we have been organizing prestigious events with unforgettable experiences for high-profile clients – helicopters, yachts, speedcars, Michelin-starred dinners, glamour fashion nights, golf tournaments, parties focused on beauty, longevity, art and design, luxury properties, charity projects, and more.

Members
The business club “Gentle Wo/men” has been on the professional market scene for 12 years and counts 5,000 active members from all over the world. We organize more than 30 international business events per year with prestigious brands and partners. We currently operate in five countries, and next year we are opening a branch in Dubai while planning to expand our activities to various corners of the world.
Business Events
Events are planned six months in advance, always tailored to a specific theme and enhanced with an exceptional experience. For each event, the guest list is meticulously curated by the club’s owner to ensure that clients who meet there have the potential to establish high-quality business relationships, close specific deals, or build personal connections for future collaboration (following the motto: You never know who might be beneficial to you in the future).
Thanks to an extensive database of contacts, the events consistently bring together new people (with a few exceptions), creating fresh opportunities, possibilities, projects, and even friendships during the club’s gatherings. After each event, clients receive a complete database of contacts for commercial purposes.
About Founder
The founder and owner of the club is Ing. Jitka Slavíková, who founded the club after her return from Australia, where she spent several long years, and after working in several advertising agencies in Prague, including her own, where she realized that her career would forever be connected with successful people, with organizing novel events and targeted networking.
Her „superpower“ lies in the creativity she uses in organizing events associated with unique experiences, in her gift of communication, which she capitalizes on when introducing companies, notable personalities and brands, and most importantly, in her positive energy that brings club members and the business community together. With nearly a quarter of a century of hosting events and coming into contact with business owners and high-profile clients, she has already developed personal connections with all of them and is therefore able to connect the right people and projects in a very sensitive and non-violent way.
